Our Preserves

Being able to grow, pick and preserve fruit to enjoy at any time has been something we have both loved all our lives. The Tilba Cooks farm that surrounds us has an abundance of beautiful fruit trees - from pears to mulberries, peaches and citrus.

After years of making our preserves for family and friends, we had more and more people asking ‘can you make them for us!’. This led us to start creating a rage of jams, preserves and caramel for Pepe Saya Butter Co, who like us, have a passion for local and seasonal produce. Each season we create preserves for them and our local stockists with what the harvest has brought us.

You can now find our preserves at local stores on the Far South Coast of NSW and online from Pepe Saya Butter Co.
